Requirements		* Must show glowing splash image which is seen after a click on an activity and before it launches in less than 300ms. This will increase performance and help prevent people from accidentally launching two instances of an activity. Must start all G1G1 activities (http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities/G1G1) from Home or the Journal in less than 5 seconds. Start means the the activity Menu bar is show and the cursor or other input device is active. May allow an additional 3 seconds if the activity is launched with a document (e.g. from the Journal).
