XO Laptop visiting Glacier Bay, Alaska .

Taken at Reid Glacier / Reid Inlet.. distance to glacier from sailboat (small vertical white line in some pics)... is about 1.5 to 2 miles away...

Glacier is 100 to 150 feet high, and 1/2 mile wide.

The green laptop is about 12 inches x 12 inches.

The 'blue ice cave' was about 15 to 20 feet high, only 20 feet in. (ice is estimated to be 50 to 100 years old).

In some pictures, I am wearing a jacket which says "Be Cool / ImCool" (from ImCool.info ), holding the XO / OLPC green laptop... standing ON the glacier.. littered with rocks and gravel.. however.. at that point the ice/snow extends 50 to 100 feet below me. ;-)
