First Dayers

I am a first dayer and as of 1/2/2008 I have yet to receive my XO Laptop, yet I see several XO laptops on EBay. I have requested via e-mail information (tracking info) for my shipment but am referred to the http://laptopgiving.org/en/shipping-information.php website which only states that I should have received the laptop by 12/24/07. I've been very patient and have been talking the OLPC program up to all of my colleagues but am hesitant about giving them further information on the program in fear that that they will be slighted as I seem to have been. I even went to http://64.34.176.239/laptop_giving/index.html but can't track my order because I was never given a reference number. I was hold with OLPC for over 30 minutes and finally spoke with an Anthony who stated that the unit has been shipped and he gave me the confirmation number but when I used this confirmation number on the tracking page it stated that Error : Invalid reference number. Please click here to try again with other reference number or email. Dare I get on the phone again and wait for another hour to get additional information?
