Can we just replace this page with uhm, like, three or four links and hardly any text? Everything on this page seems either redundant or out of date. -- ABostrom 20:45, 6 July 2009 (UTC)

It seems not so much obsolete, as historical. I clarified the timing of these projects and shifted the tense. -- skierpage 05:12, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
