This template inserts an HTML <td> when called. It is used by {{userboxmacro}} to indicate the start of a new column. See {{userboxmacro}} for an example.

Note 

this template should probably be deleted, or decided upon, since we are not going for multiple columns in the {{olpcboxtop}} & {{olpcboxbottom}} series...
