Translation tools for children
- Translation dictionary
- A Chat bot, providing real-time translation. (doable for some languages, expecially if there's a school server and world net access)
- Server providing speech recognition. (hard, but perhaps some limited form of it might be doable and interesting).
Tools for building language infrastructure
Many languages and local dialects do not yet have the richness of tools available to larger languages.
There are many opportunities which could be better documented and linked, including:

- recording of spoken words. Both to adjust existing spoken dictionaries to a dialect, and to create new dictionaries.
