Comments: Tested Scratch v7. Its not "sugarized" so it doesn't show up in the journal or have sugar menus. Nonetheless, it launches, quits from within app (can't be shut down from frame or home view), saves its own files and opens them so I call it a pass for inclusion in 8.2.
