Ben Sawyer runs the Serious Games Initiative (www.seriousgames.org) and the Games for Health Project (www.gamesforhealth.org). He is trying to help OLPC with game development strategy and outreach. Please see the Game Development part of the Wiki for more info. All feedback welcomed.
