This is a form you can use to apply to join the Review squad. All the information in this application is optional except for your OLPC wiki username (the first question). To apply, email your responses to the "Basic information" questions to Mel Chua and she'll get back to you within 48 hours with further instructions.
If you are under 18, make sure your parents are okay with you joining the Review squad before sending in your application. If you have any questions, read the main Review squad page or contact Mel Chua.
