The following Computer-Aided Design packages are included in Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon. Please add other Free CAD Software that you know of, and feel free to comment on quality and suitability of software for use on the XO, and to provide design libraries in any of the supported formats.

• pythoncad scriptable (with the Python language) and easy to use drafting program

• sagcad Easy to use 2D Computer Aided Drafting and Modelling
• sailcut Sail design and plotting software
• varkon CAD-system with parametric modelling
