local vs virtual

I'm not sure about the last row of boxes I just added (local & virtual). It breaks out of the "interest" scheme. All the same, I think these are important enough to include (they do disrupt the current flow and structure of the page):

• the idea that you can and should start/do something locally - jams, pilots, meetups, what have you - and that real-world change is A Big Deal
• that we have chat, mailing lists, wiki... for syncing up with others online
• that there is and should be a flow of information between the two
