Hello,

We received our OX the beginning of this year and still have not been able to connect to the internet. We understand that we cannot connect to the internet at the same time we connect to the Mesh Network, however we cannot get Internet connection. What must we do? We followed the instructions as documented: http://www.laptop.org/en/laptop/start/connecting.shtml

(1). Go to the Network Neighborhood (2). Click on the cirlce that was 'full' (3). Waited until the outside turned white (4). Went back to the home screen (5). Patiently waited for the XO Mesh Portal to load (6). Received message, 'Connected to Simple Mesh'

The only icons present on the Home screen were the 'battery' icon and the 'circle' icon for Mesh Network 11

We are at our wits end to use this laptop to it's full potential. Any assistance/resolution is greatly appreciate.
