From michael : "the use of names such as 'ECO/8.2.0' is valuable to people who use the ECOs because it provides a heirarchy similar to the heirarchy used on other pagesets (such as release notes, release names, locations of checklist pages [a formal documentation artefact], &c)'.

This is a reflection of the usefulness of parallelism, which should be preserved in page titles, but parallelism != 'subpages' or any specific instantiation of heirarchy. See OLPC:Subpages and OLPC:Style guide#subpages for more detailed discussion. I recommend moving these pages to something pronouncable in a sentence about ECOs, such as 8.2.0 ECO et al. --Sj talk 07:47, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
