OLPCO2e

OLPCO2e was a proposed project to somehow associate OLPC with electronic CO2 certificates - since the XO laptops are some of the lowest-power and greenest laptops around. However no concrete connections between OLPC and these certificates was made, and the project was abandoned in mid-2009.

The proposal mentioned the names of many distinguished global initiatives, including the second UN Millennium Development Goal.
