SocialCalc is a JavascriptJavaScript-based spreadsheet being developed as a Sugar activity by Dan Bricklin, Luke Closs, Manusheel Gupta and K.S. Preeti for the XO, with help from Social Text among many others.
How did you do the testing?
- This is similar to MS Excel.
- I tested main functions giving some input data
- This is not available in OS B5 series
- When updating the new version of the SocialCalc, first has to erase the previous version.
What kind of problems that you had to face?
- No proper understanding about some functionality, due to lack of information available.
- As a solution, went through the WIKI, Google mailing list to clarify those functionalities as possible.
- The menus are not clear in XO1.5 as in XO1.0
