We began to focus on Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) when the concept was still in its infancy, and have since been steadily honing our skills on major projects concerning three interrelated facets of ICT in Education : tools and solutions for schools, portals and digital learning resources. Our resulting 360° perspective covers the field’s technical, operational, pedagogical and economic aspects, and is a major advantage for the conduct of large-scale operations in a complex ecosystem.
