One of goals pursued by OLPC Korea is to cover the entire Korea with XO mesh network. For this purpose, school servers, government servers, and business servers will do the role of internet gateway for near XO laptops, larger XOs, and XO mesh phones etc.

Seoul is the capital of Korea with about 10,000,000 population. The Seoul city has 25 districts and about 50,000 governmental officers and about 10,000 workers in city-governmental corporations. XO deployment in the Seoul local government will be done district by district.
