Split into several project proposals?

This looks like a good start - you should try to develop more concrete project proposals (perhaps several) that can be tackled by an intern in a single summer session. Each project should have a clear goal and some sort of end deliverable or event; basically, you are describing, in as much detail as possible, what an intern would be doing for one project. Look at some of the examples on the Summer of Content projects page.

Also, you may want to write project proposals in Tagalog, if you are more comfortable with it than in English - we are trying to get projects and interns that don't necessarily speak English - I'm usually on IRC in #olpc-content as mchua if you'd like to talk about this and get on the same page.
