Hello, I purchased two xo's for Christmas, the idea very excellent, but am about to return the second one and move on to different units because both laptops now have gotten to a point where they won't boot passed the icon and the sound. When I ran the check, the internal monologue was not advancing, either. I've tried restoring to defaults, which has gotten me nowhere. I would love to hang on to this one, and re-order another, but am about to give up. Can someone help me?
