Focus tonight was on goals and rules for repair centers - notes posted to discussion page
It looks like Olin will be a starter repair center
Still huge problems with our parts/spares distribution model - i.e. we don't have one (a lot of ideas, though)
- accountability
- what happens if you stop wanting to repair laptops and then have 100 machines in your basement?
- shipping - who pays? from where?
