Question

There are about 500,000 foreign labors working in Korea and there is no other languages spoken in Korea except Korean. The only issue left is whether to include foreign labors or not. What do you think about it?

Hi Php5! :) As you say, Ethnologue's reports basically just one language for South Korea. The inclusion or not of foreigners is not upto me to determine, although I would document it to maybe put in perspective the issue—ie: a large or cohesive immigrant population will most likely have developed their own schools where their native language is taught, but that doesn't mean that they have been sanctioned as official. But in the XO-spirit, if those schools do participate, they can profit from whatever material has been developed elsewhere. --Xavi 12:09, 28 June 2007 (EDT)
