Clarification of Roles

Will local groups ever interface in an official OLPC role with their country's governments, or will OLPC-government relations always be handled by the core OLPC team? Also, I don't understand what Candy Stripers do - can someone help me out? Mchua 01:26, 30 May 2007 (EDT)

Candy stripers caramelize contributors -- they help them play well with Sugar.
