The Belkin FSU216 listed here is not a USB to VGA adapter. It is a USB to legacy port adapter with a VGA passthrough, so that the adapter can be used as a single point connection to a laptop or PC -- plug the VGA and USB into your PC and plug your screen and peripherals into the Belkin adapter. - Robert Myers
