Usage

Used to provide links to the people collaborating in the activity or component. Has two (unnamed) parameters.

the wiki text denoting the list of people involved (ie: [[User:xyzxxy|Zork]], my mom, [http://foo.b.ar zonk])
Optionally, a second parameter may be included if one of the collaborators wants to be singled out for contact and/or coordination and similar 'administrative' overheads.
