Ingredients
- a USB drive,
- a collection of XO laptops, unsecured,
Recipe
Setup
- download http://dev.laptop.org/~quozl/tinycore/save-journal-2014-08-07.zip
- unpack or expand the file onto the USB drive,
Backups
For each XO laptop in the collection:
- shutdown the laptop,
- insert the USB drive,
- turn on the laptop,
- wait for the laptop to turn itself off, (under a minute),
Analysis
Copy the backup files from the journals directory on the USB drive.
