I think it's necessary in China ,now although China has one of strongest developing economies in the world ,there are still many poor people in our countryside,so if we give some chance to help them learn more from internet since they are children ,they would make their life better ,it accord with that Building a new socialist countryside was highlighted during the 11th Five-Year-Plan in CPPCC .
