  • /etc/powerd/powerd.conf -- appropriate DIM time, no sleep, no ambient light sensing
  • autorot daemon for accelerometer-based rotation

  • /usr/share/olpc-utils/olpc-utils-functions and /etc/init.d/olpc-configure
  • /usr/share/olpc-utils/xo3.conf

File edits

  • start the autorot daemon from somewhere
