Ensure automatic time correction on network switch
Actions
- Start terminal activity
- Become root (sudo su -)
- Set a bogus past-time date e.g. date -s "Jan 03 2008 01:00"
- Open neighborhood view
- Connect to another known working network where internet access is available
- Wait for a minute or two
- Open clock activity
Verify
- Clock activity shows correct UTC time and date
