Hi there.

I live and work in Brain-Washington, DC. By day I'm research applications programmer for the Gallaudet Research Institute.

By night I don my mask and go out fighting the forces of proprietary closed-source software as the nominal team leader of the DC Ubuntu LoCo Team. (See also my page on Launchpad.)

My XO's still on order, but my wife has hers, which I steal occasionally. I hope mine will arrive before the XO programming class I'm taking at PyCon 2008 this March in Chicago.

Jeff Elkner and I hope to host monthly mesh meetups / development sprints alternating between the Arlington Career Center and Gallaudet University. The first is slated for the Arlington Career Center on February 23.
