: There is no method of "date sorting." Comments are placed wherever people write them - so if they edit your talk page at the top, their messages will appear at the top, and if they edit it at the bottom, the messages will appear at the bottom. (Think of it as one gigantic text document, because it basically is.) What you ''can'' do is put a note on your talk page requesting people to leave new messages at the top of the page, and resort the earlier messages manually so that they'll see a string of dates from more to less recent as they go down, and will thus be motivated to put their message on top. Hope this makes sense. [[User:Mchua|Mchua]] 01:30, 14 February 2008 (EST) |

OK, thanks, I see. And there seems to be no preference to have the '+' tab action (new comment section, save page action) insert the new comment at the top of the page. --[[User:FGrose|FGrose]] 20:33, 14 February 2008 (EST) |

Things we should add
I think we ought to do something about the Style guide - not rigidly enforce it, but make it more available to people. Mchua 15:34, 25 January 2008 (EST)
- Style guide needs help, by the way. It's pretty messy. Mchua
Wiki culture?
Josh Gay said he would be writing up a wiki culture guide at some point. It might not be a bad idea to warn newcomers of the inherent messiness/instability of wiki information (which is, after all, part of the fun). Mchua 15:34, 25 January 2008 (EST)
Descending date sorting of entries
