We must provide an Software and Content dev kit for the XS so to make the most common regional customisations easy.
XS install file generation
Generating the XS Config file for hundreds of servers must be easy.
Wikipedia content
We need to provide a toolchain to extract wikipedia content, and load it in the base image during install. (Most parts exist, this needs to be documented, some steps may need automation)
Moodle content
We need to provide a toolchain to import Moodle backup files during install. (Most parts exist, this needs to be documented, some steps may need automation)
Software development
Software should be packaged for distribution in RPM/Deb format. Point people to the appropriate dev tools.
