I'm an XO owner, and I need a new keyboard, as my inquisitive two year old ripped the original. What is the spare part order process?

I'm happy to pay the suggested five dollars, and indeed pay for shipping, but the site is short on details.

Furthermore, I'm an expert in logistics, and I'm happy to volunteer some time to develop an aftermarket logistics strategy with you guys.
