People can:
- add themselves to the map
- edit their existing map entry
- remove themselves from the map
form lets you enter
- SN (under battery)
- Name
- lat
- lon
- username on their xo
- color of xo (back of screen)
- color of marker on screen (same shape)
- contact info (? phone, email, snailmail, IM, irc, etc)
- comments
