One could acquire non-exclusive (e.g. e-book only) publishing rights outside Germany for (e.g.) kess-erziehen and translate to other languages, especially languages from underdeveloped countries.
Parent Education Course Writer's Guide
The second edition of Parent Education Course Writer's Guide is available in German (Elternkurs Autorenleitfaden). The second edition is not yet available as a Wikibook but can be requested from the author. Publication as an ebook for the OLPC is possible without a fee for all countries below HDI 80, for all other countries only the first edition is currently available under Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike.
Translations of the Wikibook to other languages are welcome.
