Why is this content on the OLPC wiki?
It does not belong here. Instead it belongs on the OLPCities own website. The only content appropriate for this wiki is some form of summary of the OLPCities project and maybe another page about the general technique of developing such an application in Javascript.
Everything else belongs elsewhere.
