Welcome, and admin status

Hi Sridhar,

I've made you an administrator. That means you can protect and delete pages (please be careful about deletion!). Protection should be used with care - you can 'semi-protect' a page so that anonymous and new users can't edit it, or fully-protect it so that only other admins can.
