This was an idea proposed by Sven Aerts to develop and unlock the Low Carbon Economy Potential or "[[CO2e-Certificates]]" or "Kyoto Protocol"-Potential of OLPC's projects and mission. It briefly had its own site proposed at OLPCO2e.org; however the project as a whole did not proceed.
