- download CollectionStick.zip to your USB drive and expand it,
- safely remove the USB drive from your computer,
- plug the USB drive into the laptop,
- turn on the laptop,
- wait for the laptop to turn itself off,
- plug the USB drive back into your computer,
- send back the laptops.dat file and wait for further instructions.
