IIAB 6.3 doesn't exist yet, but is becoming available as a pre-Alpha DIY (for bleeding-edge contributors!) after April 2017, after many of us met for at a great May event (http://socallinuxexpo.org) in the Los Angeles area.
Whereas IIAB/XSCE 6.2 in early 2017 was intended to bring XSCE 6.1 from Fedora/CentOS to Raspbian/Debian...we are very excited to build off Raspberry Pi's organic community energy around the globe now...with popular demand driving Captive Portal and similar ease-of-use / ease-of-content-maintenance improvements of many kind!
