IIAB 6.4 (Internet-in-a-Box 6.4) will become available on an experimental/rolling basis (master branch) for DIY contributors sometime around mid-2017.
Until then, please see stable release IIAB/XSCE 6.2 and (coming very soon) IIAB 6.3, Thanks!
The past stable release of IIAB/XSCE (currently 6.2, from April 19, 2017 but including a few critical fixes since then) is available at: https://github.com/xsce/xsce/releases/latest
