To create a new activity using this template:

  1. Click on the edit tab above, and copy what you see.
  2. Type the name for your new activity page into the search box on the left. If the name isn't already in use, you can follow the red "create this page" link to create a new page.
  3. Paste the wikitext you copied into the editing window-- and you're off!
