A federation of charities [1] would allow to make sure that other charities with a higher priority goal than the distribution of laptops had an opportunity to allocate some of the available funding for their purposes first. Another goal could be to make sure that educational goals of these organizations were met by the possibility to spread education through laptop applications. [health content]
