- NAND Image (482)
- OFW Image (q2c18)
- Wireless firmware image (110.16.p0)
- (other drivers?? School server specific drivers?)
- Battery type
- Battery Serial number
- Problem statement (from the end user), text

Knowledge Base
I'd like to put together a knowledge base to be linked from the support pages. I'd like this to be a well-organized combination of FAQ and How-To answers. Ideally items from bug tracking and from the product returns database could be directly entered into the knowledge base system so we don't have duplicate these items.
First I need a tool or need to know how to use this wiki for that purpose.
