Dear Kim, |
|||
You are now a wiki administrator. Please use your powers wisely to keep the wiki clean. Please avoid: protecting pages, blocking people (as opposed to bots) or any IP ranges for more than a month, and deleting too boldly. Please do: scan special:recentchanges for vandalism, use your reversion powers (view a user's special:contributions to revert changes to a set of pages at a time), and help other users out when they need help. For more help about being an admin, see the help page on the MetaWiki. |

Knowledge Base
I'd like to put together a knowledge base to be linked from the support pages. I'd like this to be a well-organized combination of FAQ and How-To answers. Ideally items from bug tracking and from the product returns database could be directly entered into the knowledge base system so we don't have duplicate these items.
First I need a tool or need to know how to use this wiki for that purpose.
Adminship
Dear Kim,
You are now a wiki administrator.
