In Myanmar (formerly known as Burma), the Myanmar (Burmese) language is written in the Myanmar (Burmese) alphabet. A number of minority languages in Myanmar are also written in this alphabet. There is some sporadic activity directed toward creating a Myanmar-specific version of Linux.
