8.1.1 Bugfix Release

- Keyboard fixes for Haiti and Ethiopia: (Sayamindu)
- These are the blocking changes for the release.
- PenTablet fixes: (Blake)
- Blake will help test 70x in exchange for priority in the release queue.
- Wireless driver and firmware refresh. (Michailis, Ricardo)
- The wireless team was very sad that their changes were not included in 703. I'm going to gamble that their changes are (close to) good enough to ship and use my final round of serious testing to check this hypothesis.
