The first thing a potential developer (activity, sugar, XO, otherwise) sees shouldn't be "You should get a developer key." |

Initial Remarks
- This should probably cite Reporting bugs, Developer/Fedora, and some part of Category:Trac.
- Encouraging people to look for fun people to play with on the profiles page to play with (in addition to adding themselves) seems good too.
- Way to much detail is spent on developer keys. Simply tell people to request one early so that it will be available when they want it.

First look
The first thing a potential developer (activity, sugar, XO, otherwise) sees shouldn't be "You should get a developer key."
Maybe a list of projects? Mailing lists? IRC channels?
