Hello,
I would like to volunteer. I am Alvin Marcelo, director for the National Telehealth Center - University of the Philippines Manila. We have been doing research and implementation of telehealth/telemedicine for the past three years and our focus are on environments with low-resource constraints.
I am a general and trauma surgeon by training but diversified to medical informatics after my postdoc in NLM. My website is at www.alvinmarcelo.com
