A simple template to document which templates (and forms) add a property to pages.
Usage
Use this template on a property page (and maybe some category pages) to document where it comes from, e.g.
{{SMW added by|template=Activity page|form=Activity}}
results in
- Template:Activity page, filled in by Form:Activity, adds this property to pages.
The second parameter |form=some form is optional if there's no form for the template.
