Usman and Sohaib both started localization of XO into Dari and Pashto. [[Usman Mansour | Usman Mansour]] for Pashto Language and [[User:Sohaib Ebtihaj | Sohaib Ebtihaj ]] for Dari Language localization). And were doing their job voluntarily and very efficiently until the [http://www.olpc.af OLPC Afghanistan] was launched and the team for OLPC Afghanistan was determined and selected on November 19, 2008.

سلام به همه دوستان و بینندگان این برگه.

من صهیب عبیدی از بدخشان افغانستان٬ و فعلاْ دانشجوی سمستر هفتم اقتصاد در دانشگاه بین المللی اسلامی اسلام‌ آباد پاکستان ام.

مدت بیشتر از یک سال (از ۲۴ اکتوبر ۲۰۰۷ تا امروز) هست که در سازمان غیر منفعتی به هر کودک یک لپ تاپ در بخش محلی سازی آن مسئول بخش محلی سازی بزبان دری افغانستان ام. در زمینه موفق گردیدم تا بیشتر از ۷۰ درصد واژه های آنرا آنلاین به زبان دری ترجمه نمایم و همچنان موفقانه بروی لپ تاپ ایکس او تجربه نمائیم که ۹۵ درصد موفق از آب درآمدند.

البته در این کار من تنها بودم و چون کار کردن با این سازمان رایگان و بدون پرداخت بود٬ هیچ یک از دوستانم برای همکاریم آماده نگردیدند تا اینکه در ماه می ۲۰۰۸ دولت افغانستان رسما یک معاهده ی را با این سازمان امضاء نمود و این سازمان اعطای ۲۰،۰۰۰ لپ تاپ ایکس او رایگان را برای دولت افغانستان تعهد نمود. و بالآخره در اواخر ماه سپتمبر ۲۰۰۸ بتعداد ۱۰٫۰۰۰ لپ تاپ در اختیار وزارت معارف دولت اسلامی افغانستان قرار گرفتندو ۵۰۰۰ لپ تاپ را شرکت مخابراتی روشن به دولت افغانستان عطیه نمودند. که بعد از گذر تقریباْ دوماه وزارت معارف با همکاری و شرکت وزارت تکنولوژی٬ شرکت مخابراتی روشن٬ موسسه همکاری های ایالات متحده آمریکا و شرکت شبکه سازی پیوستون پروژه به هر کودک یک لپ تاپ افغانستان را آغاز نمودند و برای این کار شروع به جلب کارمندان و متخصصین نمودند. روز پنجشنبه تاریخ ۱۳ نومبر ۲۰۰۸ جلب و توظیف کارمندان و محلی سازان حرفه ی و رسمی پروژه به هر کودک یک لپ تاپ افغانستان بپایان رسید بالآخره بتاریخ ۱۹ نومبر سال ۲۰۰۸ میلادی برنامه به هر کودک یک لپ تاپ افغانستان با تیم ۱۴ نفری خود آغاز بکار نمود.


بنده بنابر مصروفیت های درسی و دانشگاهی ام موفق نگردیدم تا پست رسمی محلی ساز این پروژه برای لسان دری را حاصل نمایم ولی با تعهد شرکت شبکه سازی پیوستون (که مسئول تخنیکی و محلی سازی پروژه به هر کودک یک لپ تاپ افغانستان هست) همکاری هایم با آنها در اشتراک در محلی سازی٬ مشوره های مورد لازم از اندوخته های تجربه بیشتر از یکساله ام در زمینه٬ پخش اخبار پروژه٬ کنترول و بروزرسانی سایت به هر کودک یک لپ تاپ افغانستان وغیره جریان خواهد داشت.بنابر قرارداد رسمی ام با پیوستون وظیفه رابط ایجاد و توسعه های انجمنی و اجتماعی و همچنان بروزسازی سایت رسمی به هر کودک یک لپ تاپ افغانستان بدوش من قرار گرفت.
